Every private school in Kuwait runs its own parent portal or app – there is no central login. ICSK Cloud (and ICSK Connect) is the app for the Indian Community School; other Indian CBSE schools such as Bhavans, Carmel, FAIPS and United Indian use their own school ERP logins; British and American schools such as A’Takamul International School (ATIS), ASK and AIS use international learning platforms like Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Schoology, Seesaw or ManageBac. Your login comes from the school office at admission, and only the school can reset it. Fees run from about KD 340 a year at Indian schools to over KD 5,000 at top American schools.

ICSK Cloud: login and what parents can see
ICSK Cloud is the student information app and web portal of the Indian Community School Kuwait (ICSK), available on iOS and Android and on the web at icskcloud.com. ICSK Connect is a companion app for school communication. Together they replace most paper circulars.
- Login: use the student’s admission number and the password issued by the school office. Each child has a separate login.
- What you see: attendance, timetable, class notes and homework, circulars, exam schedules, report cards and fee receipts.
- Fees: fee status and receipts are shown in the app; payment is made by K-Net through the school’s payment link.
- Problems: if the app shows the wrong student or will not accept the password, contact the branch office (Senior, Khaitan or Junior) – the school controls all accounts.
Install the app from the official App Store or Google Play listing named ICSK Cloud. Do not enter your child’s details in look-alike apps or websites.
Portals at other Indian schools
Bhavans, Carmel, FAIPS and United Indian School each use a school ERP system with a parent login on the school website and, in most cases, a mobile app. Typical features are the same as ICSK Cloud: attendance, circulars, homework, report cards and online fee payment by K-Net. Login details are given at admission and again at the start of each academic year if they change. Results of CBSE board exams (Class 10 and 12) are published on the CBSE results website as well as through the school.
ATIS and other American schools: learning platforms
American and IB schools in Kuwait generally separate two systems: a learning management system (LMS) for classes and assignments, and a student information system or app for grades, attendance, communication and fees.
| Platform | What it is used for | How you get access |
|---|---|---|
| Google Classroom | Assignments, class streams, feedback | Student account issued by the school |
| Microsoft Teams | Online classes, files, assignments | School Microsoft 365 account |
| Schoology | Courses, assignments, grades and parent view in schools that use it | Student and parent codes from the school |
| Seesaw | Portfolios for younger pupils, parent messages | Parent invitation from the teacher |
| ManageBac | IB planning, coursework and reports | IB coordinator creates accounts |
A’Takamul International School (ATIS) publishes its information and links on atakamul.edu.kw; ASK uses ask.edu.kw. If your child’s school uses Schoology or another LMS, the login page and codes are sent by the school – use only the links on the school’s official website or in its circulars.
British schools: apps and parent portals
British-curriculum schools such as Gulf British Academy, Cambridge English School and EPG use a school app or parent portal for reports, attendance and messages, and often Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams for homework. Younger children may use Seesaw or a similar portfolio app. As with all private schools, the school issues the accounts.
MOE portal for public and Arabic private schools
Results for government schools and Arabic private schools are published through the Ministry of Education. Expat children in Arabic private schools use the MOE results service with their Civil ID number. See our MOE results portal guide for steps.
Forgot your school portal password?
- Try the “forgot password” link on the portal login page; many systems send a reset link to the registered email or phone.
- If that fails, email or call the school office with the student’s name, grade and admission number.
- Ask the school to update your email and mobile number in the system if they have changed.
- Never share your child’s login on public groups; teachers and administrators will never ask for the password.
There is no central government portal for private-school accounts in Kuwait. Only the school can create, unlock or reset a parent or student login.
Helping children use school platforms well
- Set up the app on a shared family device first, so you see the same notifications as your child.
- Turn on notifications for circulars and fee reminders – most last-minute schedule changes in Kuwait (weather closures, holiday announcements) arrive through the school app.
- Keep one email address for all school accounts and save the admission numbers in a safe place.
- Check the platform weekly with younger children; older students should manage their own deadlines.
Admission checklist for expat parents
- Check the age cut-off: for the MOE calendar the child must reach the admission age by 30 September; many Indian CBSE schools use 31 March.
- Documents: child’s passport and Civil ID (or PACI receipt), parents’ Civil IDs, birth certificate (attested if issued abroad), vaccination record, transfer certificate from the previous school (attested for transfers from abroad) and photos.
- Open the MOE school health file at your area’s School Health centre – see School Health Kuwait.
- Sit the entrance assessment and pay the registration deposit (KD 25–100); fees are paid by term or in instalments by K-Net.
- Arrange transport: school buses cost about KD 200–300 a year; many families use private van operators.
School year and key dates
Indian CBSE schools start their academic year in April and break for summer from about June to late August. British and American schools start in late August, and MOE and Arabic private schools in mid-September. Exact term dates and holidays are on our Kuwait school calendar page. Public holidays such as National Day and the two Eids apply to all schools.
Tips for choosing a school
- Visit during school hours and ask to see a typical classroom and the online platform parents use.
- Compare total cost: fees, books, uniform, transport and activities can add 20–30% to tuition.
- Check accreditation (CBSE affiliation, British inspections, NCA/Cognia or IB authorisation).
- Ask how the school communicates – app, email or WhatsApp – and how quickly teachers reply.
- Consider the commute; traffic in Kuwait makes a 10 km school run take 30–45 minutes at peak times.
